between和among的区别( 二 ) _定语

这三个介词我来简单的来说下区别吧：
among,意思为“在……中间”（三者或三者以上）；与之同义但用法上不同的是between,在……中间（两者之间）
of的意思实际上就是“……的……”,“名词A +of+名词B”的意思就是“B的A”,往往在名词A前加上定冠词theeg：the book of Tom（等于是Tom's book,有的时候用of结构在句式上更漂亮）
in,意思是“在……里面”,略带有区域性——in China在中国（里）,这是一个地区（大范围）,in the hole在洞里,这也同样是一个区域
根据意思来判断就好了,

表示在同类当中，如在些同学们当中，是不是都可以这么说---of

students或者among

students如果能，那这两个词表示在。。。。当中时的区别是among是在三个人以上中时使用，而of为任意数量的人中时都可以使用。不知道我说明白了吗？
（1）among是amongst的变体及演化，较早时多用amongst，后简化为among 。
（2）amongst是古时英语的用法，现在已基本不用，只在一些比较专业的领域适用，比如诗歌。现在大多用among 。
