I have been working with XX since Aug.2003, at the beginning I was working as a technician and then promoted To be a team leader the next year.In Jan.2007 I was promoted to be an aistant supervisor, I thighk for me,it was a recognition and encouragement to my job .
In the meantime I was working hard and provided good ideas to reduce the build time and enhance the reliability of products.I solved a lot of intractable iues , especially on the earlier production of XX in China.
Besides my routine, I have been providing great amount of supports on site and via phone to FE’s and customers, which helped me to understand and practise the course of service.On the other hand,I showed my profeional skill in customer service,good attitude and communication skills, which I think were the basic requirements what a service person should have.
