广州市住宅小区天然气使用情况调研报告怎么写？( 六 ) 「问人人知识网」

由于部分住宅小区居民用户使用的是普通膜式燃气表，这部分用户燃气表的抄表工作极难实施，燃气公司员工上门抄表时遇到用户不在家的几率高，导致入户率极低，导致燃气公司对于用户用气量的统计不及时。安全检查的时候也会遇到这种情况，入户率低会导致燃气公司对用户户内燃气管道使用情况掌握不足，用户对已经存在的安全隐患不能及时整改，发生安全事故的概率也大大提高。
住宅小区天然气发展方向
加快天然气管道敷设步伐，尽快将燃气管道延伸到偏远城镇，甚至是农村，扩大燃气管道覆盖面积，为更多的地方送去天然气，尽快将燃气管道延伸至使用LNG瓶组站供气的住宅小区。
加大对“城中村”等旧楼燃气管道加装的投入力度，尽快使城市中的居民用户用上天然气，改善居民生活质量，改善城市环境。老旧燃气管道发生泄漏的概率更大，城市中的人口较为集中，一旦发生燃气管道泄漏等事故造成的危害也更大，对老旧燃气管道的迁改已经破不容缓。
为了更好的服务居民，减少人力物力的投入，燃气公司应当大力推进居民用户燃气表更换进程，将普通膜式燃气表更换为无线远传膜式表，如此当可解决抄表入户率低的问题。
对于较早安装燃气管道的住宅小区应该缩短安检周期，防范于未然。吸引更多的用户添加燃气公司微信公众号，通过网络宣传天然气安全使用知识，提高居民用户的安全意识，引导用户自查天然气使用安全隐患。并在微信或者其他平台上设置用户安全检查或整改申请服务，使用户能主动预约上门安检，可提高安全检查效率。
