项目源于烘焙公司Rusty Nails和咖啡生产商Rene Kralovi的联合创想，后者还曾成功策划了许多酒店项目 。GROUNDS咖啡中心旨在向公众展示烘焙的概念，并为咖啡师和专家们提供不断成长，融入社区的平台 。
The project is the brainchild of roasting company Rusty Nails coffee producer Rene Kralovi, who is behind various successful hospitality projects in the Czech Republic. The idea here was to expand the concept of a roastery to the public, as well as being a platform for baristas and coffee experts to educate themselves and be part of a community.
