其实，你总抱怨的时候，总牢骚的时候，最后你发现，你就变成了语言中的垃圾，也变成了人们眼中的垃圾，成为了别人所讨厌的垃圾，你也就成为了别人眼中的“问题” 。因此，我经常对新东方的同事讲，任何一个人都不希望听到一个人跟你唠唠叨叨，即使面对你最亲密的爱人，你也希望他/她可以给你更多的信心，给你更多的亮光，给你更多的正向能量。一个好的团队中，最重要的是我们能不能不仅可以发现问题，最重要是解决问题呢?发现问题容易，解决问题难。所以，发现问题重要，但解决问题更加重要。
到后来我们会发现，但凡成功者，他们和非成功者之间最大的差异就是——那些不成功的人总在抱怨，只懂得抱怨，只会抱怨;那些成功的人总是在和别人合作，信赖别人，寻求解决方案。所以说，我们来到新东方这样一家以人才为核心竞争力的机构，我特别相信我们各位同学的智慧，你们肯定会发现很多的问题，但是我恳求大家更多的就是，我们一定要提升我们自己解决问题的能力。
