8.Some of us always spend Sundays aimlely.We can seldom derive profits from the valuable hours (time) of Sundays.This is indeed a great pity.Though Sundays are set aside as a day for rest, we must make good use of them.We know that our school leons are usually not sufficient.We should often utilize Sundays to read reference books.In this way we will increase our knowledge.Besides, we must be engaged in sports or outing so as to strengthen our bodies.

这一周，从学生转型到老师，我感触极深，获益匪浅。面对第一次上台授课，既期待也有少许紧张。为了上好第一堂课，紧紧一个版面的内容，却奋身备课到凌晨一点!
第一堂英语课，大获好评。第二堂信息技术课，班主任石老师微笑的对我竖起大拇指。现稍稍总结我的实习表现：
优点：精心的.设计了教案，台风不错，教态自然大方，不慌不忙，亲切近人，自信，语言连贯紧凑，应用现代教学手段"多媒体"进行教学，有较好的课程导入方法，奖评制度吸引学生目光，能与孩子们相互交流思想，平时指导他们的作业解题及批改，具备教师优良的道德情操，严格履行了教师职责......大家一致这么评价：第一次上台教课，这种水平已经是非常不错了。指导老师夸我很老练，让我稍稍有些成就感。
缺点：英语课因不能很好的掌握时间分配，前部分讲解太多，导致内容重点不够突出，及一些小的细节问题等。虽然信息技术课抹掉了这个缺点，但也有不足之处，依班主任石老师的话说就是：如果理论部分再稍讲慢一点，就很好了。班主任石老师在我的实习成绩考核上，给了非常高的评价，评分99分(满分100)，最后一句这么说的：真正成了学生的良师益友。这句话，也将会成为对我在未来路上的鼓励!我希望一直保持着这个骄人的姿态。
