研究经验与学术活动
大学二年级时 ， 我加入了AI爱好者协会 ， 开始缩小我对未来研究的兴趣 。利用opengl和matlab工具 ， 设计了运输调度系统仿真程序 。现在不同的研究小组在学院广泛应用 。本人承担并完成了南京污水处理厂污水分析处理工程 。这是我第一次将实验室理念转变成商业产品 。
回顾过去 ， 我发现自己站在坚实的理论和经验基础上 ， 为我的博士课程做好了准备 。未来的研究方向包括：络调度问题 ， 启发式算法研究（特别是在GA和神经络） ， 供应链络研究 ， 混杂系统性能分析 ， petri和数据挖掘 。

It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview,
I hope i can make a good performance today.I\\'m confident that I can succeed.
Now i will introduce myself briefly
I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .
I was graduated from qingdao university.my major is i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of xx.I spend most of my time on study,i have paed CET4/6 .and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July xx, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao I\\'m capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August xx,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test I want to change my working environment, I\\'d like to find a job which is more challenging.Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company
ennvironment.That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I\\'m a good team player and I\\'m a person of great honesty to others.Also I am able to work under great preure.

在八月二十日 ， 我离开青岛去了北京 ， 在一家外企做自动化软件测试工程师 ， 因为我想改变我的工作环境 ， 我想找一份更有挑战性的工作 。摩托罗拉是一家全球化公司 ， 所以我觉得我能在这样的公司中工作会有最大的收获
