Time flies! I just can\\'t believe it.A full summer holiday\\'s work has come to an end.When I look it back, I find that the job has helped me a lot.Not only did I gain enough social and work experience, but also made some true friends.In a word, I have learned so much from this work.Meanwhile, I feel that I have made a succe during this period.
This summer holiday, I worked as a teacher to help those students who are not good at English.And from this job, I earned a generous salary, but this is not the most important.What I want to lay emphasis on is that I gained many skills and abilities from this job.Of course, I have to admit that there is full of joy and pity during this period.
At first, what I want to say is that if you want to do something well, then you must take it very seriously because attitude can decide many things in one\\'s life.To be concrectely, take myself for example.I have never known that it is so tired to be a teacher.I thought teachers just teach students some knowledge in cla, and after cla they can do what they like.I though it\\'s an easy job.However, it is just the opposite.It\\'s so hard and tiring a job.Before I give a cla, I have to prepare for it carefully.I have to prepare the teaching materials.At the same time, I must be very familiar with what I would say in cla in order that I could answer all the questions the student put forth correctly.So it is a big challenge for me.However, I know this is neceary if you want to be a teacher.So I must make every effort to do all these work because I kept saying to myself I\\'m a teacher now and I must devote myself to teaching.And I think it is a serious-minded attitudethat helped me make an achievement.
And next, I have to admit that I have learned many skills, including how to communicate with students and how to teach a student according to his level and ability.This is very important because each student is different.Everyone has his own character and interest and each student may not be at the same level.So I have to teach them accordingly.As a teacher, you must learn to listen to your students because they are still teenagers now.When you are talking to a student, you had better tell him more about your advice and your experience.And an important fact is that you should be very patient because they may be very rebellious.For instance, one of my students said that he was not interested in English, and even worse, he was very tired of it.In this case, I couldn\\'t force him to learn many things in each cla, I told him to learn little by little.I need to inspire his interest.So I often use some simple sentence or example to explain some grammar to help him learn more easily.I think, in this way, he would feel that English is not so boring as he thought and he could make a progre in English.Then he would be interested in English gradually.
Of course, there is always happy or angry, sad or joyous in one\\'s life.It is also the case in one\\'s work.But I have forgot all the bad memories and only those are good left.I can still remember some details.For instance, one day, I told my student that the next day would be my birthday, so I would have a rest.The other day, he bought me a small cake as my birthday present.I felt so moved and happy that I almost burst into tears.After cla, we ate it out together.And another case is that, one day, when I wanted to go home after cla, it should rained hard outside.I happened to forget to take an umbrella with me.I\\'m so worried.Then, one of my students came to me and lent his umbrella to me.At that time, I thought that the student must respect his teacher very much.From all these small details, I find that no matter what the student\\'s English level or his study may be, he is a kind kid at least.This is the most important.The goal of education is not to make everyone get a full mark in all the exam, but to teach him to be a true man, a man that worths the name.Maybe he is not good at study, however, he is an eligible man.
