各位领导、各位同事：大家好！我演讲的题目是：站在新起点，我该怎么办？中海油运站在新的起点，新在哪里？我认为有以下几个方面：
一、我国已取代日本，成为世界第二大石油消费国和进口国。国家又提出了石油战略储备计划， XX年原油进口量要超过1亿吨。
二、在公司领导和职工们的不懈努力下，去年赢利了7.58亿，今年目标定到9亿，比成立时足足增加了3倍，成绩令人瞩目！
三、中海集团领导审时度势，李克麟总裁于今年7月提出建设世界级油轮船队的宏伟目标，预计到XX年中海油运的船舶总载重吨位将达450万吨，到XX年，更将达到850万吨，进入世界前6位。公司即将建造的2条vlcc ，和将要购进的二条vlcc ，为我们展现了光辉的发展远景和蓝图，我们信心倍增。我们相信：中海油运必将在市场中发展壮大，中海油轮的五星红旗必将在五洲四洋高高飘扬。中海油运将要实现跨跃式的发展，作为一名青年员工，我该怎么办？我认为，首海量资料分享
