嗨，大家好，我是航天飞机。好多小朋友还不认识我呢，下面我就来做一下自我介绍。
我出生在美国。别看我是个庞然大物，长得还挺可爱的咧！三角形的'翅膀，尖尖的脑袋，方方的尾巴，飞起来屁股后面还有一团火。我与普通飞机相比，飞的又高又快。普通飞机能飞两万米高，我却能飞几十万米高；从帕米尔高原到东海之滨，普通飞机要飞四小时，我只需要七分钟。我很棒吧！
我的本领可大了。我能绕着地球转圈圈，可以释放和回收人造地球卫星。卫星如果出了毛病，我就伸出巨大的手臂，把卫星捞回机舱，带到地面来维修。我除可在天地间运载人员和货物之外，凭着我本身的容积大、可多人乘载和有效载荷量大的特点，还能在太空进行大量的科学实验和空间研究工作。
