11.SHIPPING ADVICE：装运通知：
The Seller shall, within 48 hours after the shipment is effected, advise the Buyer by fax of the contract number, name of commodity, quantity, gro weight, invoiced value, car number and contact person.
卖方应在货物装运后24小时内以传真通知买方合同号、商品的名称、数量、毛重、发票金额、运输车号牌和联系人 。12.GUARANTEE OF QUALITY：质量保证：
The Seller shall guarantee that the Commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first cla workmanship, brand new, unused, and corresponds to all respects with the quality, specifications and performance stipulated in this Contract.卖方应保证本合同项下的商品由最好的材料制造、工艺一流、全新、未使用过，并且在质量、规格和功能各方面符合本合同的约定 。
13.WARRANTY PERIOD：质量保证期：
The warranty period of the Contract Commodity supplied by the Seller shall be twelve (12) months counting from the date of Hand-over of the Contract Commodity to the End user.本合同项下卖方提供的商品的质量保证期为12个月，从该等商品交付给最终用户之日起算.14.INSPECTION AND CLAIMS:
检验和索赔
Within 90 days after the arrival of the goods at destination, should the quality, specifications, or quantity be found not in conformity with the stipulations of the Contract except those claims for which the insurance company or the owners of the veel /airline company are liable, the Buyer shall, on the strength of the Inspection Certificate iued by the Inspection Bureau, notify the Seller promptly in writing of any claim for damages or for compensation, and all inspection charges shall be borne by the Buyer.
在货物到达目的地后90天之内，如果发现货物的质量、规格或数量与合同的规定不符，除非应由保险公司和船东/航空公司承担责任之外，买方应凭检验机构出具的检验证书立即以书面方式将任何损害赔偿或赔偿金的要求通知卖
方，所有的检验费用应由买方承担 。15.FORCE MAJEURE：不可抗力：
The Sellers shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery or non deliveryof the goods due to Force Majeure.However, the Sellers shall advise the Buyers immediately of such occurrence and within fourteen days thereafter, shall send by airmail to the Buyers for their acceptance a certificate iued by the competent government authorities of the place where the accident occurs as evidence thereof.Under such circumstances the Sellers, however, are still under the obligation to take all neceary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods
