入职以来 , 房务中心工作给我的总结就是需要信心,耐心和恒心 。或许繁琐的工作令我们因偶尔出现的错误而沮
丧 , 或许每天成百上千个电话令我们心烦意乱 , 或许晨起的闹钟又一次打扰了我们的美梦 , 那么相信吧 , 怀抱信心,耐心和恒心 , 工作就一定会如鱼得水 。
美国管理学家劳伦斯.米勒在一书中说道:未来将是全球竞争的时代 , 这种时代能成功的公司 , 将是采用新企业文化的公司 。我们知道 , 酒店文化通常由三个方面够成:酒店的物质文化和服务文化 , 酒店的管理文化 , 酒店的精神文化 。在传统概念里 , 酒店文化的系统工程绝大部分是物质的 , 而非人文的 。但不论系统工程规模如何 , 能起支配作用的中轴原理仍是’实现自我并加强自我的愿望’这就点明了精神文化的重要 。如何最大限度实现员工的主观能动性 , 我想 , 这是值得让我们去深入研究和实践的问题 。因此 , 在今后的工作中我将认真学习企业管理知识 , 融入酒店管理模式和管理细节之中 , 勇于实践 , 用自己的行动践行酒店的文化理念 , 服务广大顾客 , 让顾客高兴而来 , 满意而归 。团结同事 , 
发挥集体智慧 , 让住过听过酒店的人成为酒店的文化使者 , 将酒店企业文化发扬光大 。
