入职以来，房务中心工作给我的总结就是需要信心,耐心和恒心。或许繁琐的工作令我们因偶尔出现的错误而沮
丧，或许每天成百上千个电话令我们心烦意乱，或许晨起的闹钟又一次打扰了我们的美梦，那么相信吧，怀抱信心,耐心和恒心，工作就一定会如鱼得水。
美国管理学家劳伦斯.米勒在一书中说道:未来将是全球竞争的时代，这种时代能成功的公司，将是采用新企业文化的公司。我们知道，酒店文化通常由三个方面够成:酒店的物质文化和服务文化，酒店的管理文化，酒店的精神文化。在传统概念里，酒店文化的系统工程绝大部分是物质的，而非人文的。但不论系统工程规模如何，能起支配作用的中轴原理仍是’实现自我并加强自我的愿望’这就点明了精神文化的重要。如何最大限度实现员工的主观能动性，我想，这是值得让我们去深入研究和实践的问题。因此，在今后的工作中我将认真学习企业管理知识，融入酒店管理模式和管理细节之中，勇于实践，用自己的行动践行酒店的文化理念，服务广大顾客，让顾客高兴而来，满意而归。团结同事，
发挥集体智慧，让住过听过酒店的人成为酒店的文化使者，将酒店企业文化发扬光大。
